Biography
Jake ranks top 10 in USL League One history for appearances (third), minutes played (seventh), goals (sixth) and points (fifth). He will play alongside Paddy Langlois once again and under direction of Head Coach Éamon Zayed, all having been together in 2024 at Northern Colorado Hailstorm FC.
Last Season: Jake spent the 2025 season with Portland Hearts of Pine for their inaugural season.
Before CCFC: Jake was the first player from Binghamton university to be drafted by an MLS. He was taken 43rd overall in the 2013 Supplemental Draft by Philadelphia Union. Although it wasn’t until 2019 he played professionally in the states when he joined Greenville Triumph SC. His second year with the team resulted in a USL League One Championship. CCFC will be his sixth club in the league after Greenville (2019-2020, 2022),
Forward Madison(2021), One Knoxville (2023), Northern Colorado (2024) and Portland Hearts of Pine (2025). Keegan was the first player to score for five different USL League One teams in the regular season.
After college, Jake traveled overseas to play for several teams between 2013 and 2019. Those included 1. FCA Darmstadt (Germany), Galway FC (Ireland), FC Edmonton (Canada) and St. Patrick’s Athletics FC (Ireland).
Personal: Jake’s favorite soccer memory was winning promotion while playing in Ireland.
