Corpus Christi FC is committed to providing an enjoyable and inclusive experience for all fans. Wheelchair-accessible and companion seating will be available throughout the stadium. The official address of Corpus Christi FC’s new stadium will be announced prior to opening.

• Proper identification is required to purchase alcoholic beverages. Guests must be 21 or older.
• Valid forms of ID include driver’s license, state ID, military ID, or passport.
• Passing alcohol to underage guests will result in removal and/or prosecution.
• Alcohol cannot be brought into or out of the stadium.
• Sales may be discontinued at any time.

Assistive listening devices will be available free of charge at Guest Services (ID required)

Baby changing tables will be located in designated restrooms throughout the stadium.

• Clear bags up to 12” x 12” x 6” are permitted.
• Small clutch/wallets up to 6.5” x 4.5” are permitted.
• Diaper bags and medical bags are allowed but subject to inspection.
• Exceptions must be requested at least 48 hours before the event via info@corpuscfc.com

Permitted if they are:

• No larger than 3’ x 3’
• Relevant to the event
• Not offensive or obstructive

Bike racks will be located outside the stadium. Usage is at your own risk — please bring a lock.

Professional cameras with lenses larger than 70mm, tripods, GoPros, and selfie sticks are not permitted. Live streaming without prior written approval is prohibited.

Children 2 years and under do not require a ticket if seated on a parent/guardian’s lap. If a separate seat is needed, a ticket must be purchased.

A variety of food and beverage options will be available. Details on menus and vendors will be released prior to opening.

Corpus Christi FC is a mobile-only ticketing venue. Screenshots, printed, or emailed tickets will not be accepted. For help, visit the Box Office or email tickets@corpuscfc.com.

Water fountains and refill stations will be located throughout the concourse.

Public elevators will be available for guest use. Locations will be finalized prior to opening.

In case of emergency, follow announcements from stadium staff, PA system instructions, and video board messages.

All fans are expected to follow the Fan Code of Conduct. Violations may result in ejection without refund.

First Aid will be available inside the stadium. Contact the nearest stadium employee if immediate assistance is required.

Certain events may use strobe or flashing light effects. Fans with photosensitivity can request accommodations at Guest Services.

Gates generally open 60 minutes prior to kickoff, unless otherwise communicated.

Guest Services will be located inside the stadium concourse and open when gates open until 30 minutes after events.

Bag lockers may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Lost items will be taken to Guest Services. Post-event inquiries can be made via stadiuminfo@corpuscfc.com

Guests separated from their group will be directed to Guest Services. Families are encouraged to plan a designated meeting spot.

Official CCFC merchandise will be available inside the stadium and online at shop.corpuscfc.com.

Air horns, drums, cowbells, megaphones, and other amplified noisemakers are prohibited unless pre-approved for supporter groups.

A private nursing room will be available for parents.

Parking lot details, pricing, and maps will be announced closer to the stadium’s opening. Lots are expected to open 3 hours before kickoff.

Corpus Christi FC’s stadium will be a cashless venue. Credit/debit cards and mobile payments accepted.

Media credential requests should be submitted in advance to media@corpuscfc.com.

For safety, prohibited items will include:

• Weapons of any kind
• Outside food/drink
• Glass, metal, or large containers
• Professional camera equipment
• Fireworks, smoke devices, or flares
• Drones or remote aircraft
• Umbrellas
• Large bags or luggage

A full prohibited items list will be available before opening day.

Matches will be played rain or shine. In case of severe weather or lightning, games may be delayed or rescheduled. Tickets will remain valid for rescheduled dates.

No re-entry permitted, except in emergencies with approval from Guest Services.

Restrooms will be located throughout the stadium concourse.

Uber/Lyft pickup and drop-off areas will be designated near the stadium.

Fan safety is a top priority. If you see something, say something. Contact Guest Services or the nearest event staff member to report suspicious activity.

Sensory accommodations will be available, including a sensory room and complimentary sensory bags.

Certified service animals are welcome.

Smoking, vaping, and tobacco use are prohibited inside the stadium.

Strollers are permitted but must be stored safely under seats or checked at Guest Services.

Designated tailgating lots and policies will be announced prior to opening.
